Generally we deliver by van or trailer.

There is sometimes a delivery/mileage fee for destinations further away (We're located in the Westerville area).

We try to deliver a couple of hours early. We'll keep you posted as to delivery times.

Most units only need one outlet. We provide the extension cord if needed (generally no more than 50ft away from source). If possible the outlet should be 20 amps.

We offer a 2nd day of rental at a reduced price if the unit isn't already booked.

If rain is coming we can't set up your rental unit for safety reasons. Light mist and drizzle may be an exception. You may reschedule or cancel the rental. If you paid a deposit and want to cancel it will be refunded.

Remove all people from the unit and unplug the blower. If the rain is heavy cover the blower if possible.

Once the rain stops, plug the blower in and re-inflate the unit. Wait until fully inflated before allowing jumpers!

Yes. Whomever made the reservation will be required to sign a liability waiver. This waiver releases Bri's Bouncies LLC from any accidents that may occur. All liability waivers will be electronically signed or by paper document prior to the event. Upon delivery, we will also provide a list of general rules and regulations.

For an additional fee we can provide attendants for your event, available for the Bouncies and Snow Cones and Cotton Candy among others. This must be set up in advance.

Most of Central Ohio, including: Columbus and suburbs, Mount Vernon, Marion, Delaware, Johnstown, Newark, Centerburg, Marysville, Marion, Canal Winchester, Circleville, Grove City, New Albany and many more.

A deliver fee may be charged for outlying areas.
